Packing your bag no longer needs to be a bore, fill it with exciting new and innovative items ready for your exclusive holiday experience. Here is a curated list of 8 ideas we have, for things to pack for a variety of destinations, all chosen by us, here at The Private Travel Company.

  1. Rae Feather Monogram Luxe Cashmere Contrast Border Wrap £300 & Chinti and Parker Eye mask £45

This monogrammed cashmere wrap is perfect for any plane journey. The perfect way to style comfort, this 100% cashmere wrap can be monogrammed with your personal initials. We love this wrap because it is so important to be comfortable on a flight, especially a long haul one. Another item which can be paired with this perfectly is the Chinti and Parker cashmere eye mask, this eye mask is extremely stylish, and is made from 100% cashmere for optimum comfort.

      2. Kiini Bikini $285

See and be seen on the glamorous island of St. Barths, its only eight square miles but brimming with the most exclusive shops and restaurants. The selection of shops here is enough to rival any European high street, with shops such as Hermes and Cartier.
Kiini is a New York based brand, the bikini that the brand is infamous for is the range of crochet-trim bikinis. This range is inspired by travelling which is why we thought it is such an apt choice. To make life even easier they stock the range of these bikinis at the Eden Rock Hotel gift shop in St. Barths.
There is a fashion show every Tuesday, 6:30pm at the Cheval Blanc Hotel Isle de France which takes place around the pool, the perfect place to show off your new purchase, have some cocktails and embrace the St. Barths atmosphere.

3. Whistles X Move Your Frame Stripe Stretch Crop Top £45 & Stripe Stretch Trousers £55

Koh Samui is one of Thailand’s largest islands, inhabited by dense rainforests and coconut mangroves. We especially love this island as it is home to Six Senses Samui. This gorgeous hotel is located at the tip of the northern headland of the island; Six Senses hotels are infamous for their amazing spa services offering innovative treatments, promoting the nurture of health through a variety of experiences on offer. Often the hotels are host to visiting practitioners which can range from Reiki healers to Yogis.
If you wish you improve your wellness through yoga and Pilates we would recommend bringing some yoga clothing, we really love the new range Whistles have just brought out; Whistles X Move Your Frame. The Stripe Stretch Crop top is a gym kit staple and can be purchased with matching trousers to complete your chic sportswear look!

4. Daisy Crown Chakra Short Gold Necklace £85
Align your Chakra at Six Senses Laamu in the Maldives, with an extensive spa and wellness timetable available in the resort, you can chose from a variety of treatments spaces; our favourite being the couple’s treatment nests. You feel as though you are cocooned in a nest with amazing views onto the gorgeous beach in front. At Six Senses Laamu they have a string of visiting practitioners. One who specialises in Chakra realignment through the process of meditation. We thought this necklace by Daisy is a good pairing with this destination as it is the Crown chakra which is connected with aspirations and spirituality.

5. Rae Feather Pom Pom Small Basket £75

This beautiful small basket with handmade pom pom fringing and leather handles is perfect for a trip to the Amalfi Coast. Casa Angelina is set along the side of the coastline, making it the perfect venue to debut this perfect personalised beach bag. Each bag can be monogrammed with your initials, making it that extra bit more special. Often it is hard to find a bag which is smart but can still be used for the beach, this bag encapsulated style and fun with the colourful pom pom’s adorning the rim.

6. Olivia Von Halle Lila Bardot Silk Pyjamas £365

Relax and unwind after a long day on the beach of exploring Dubai, at the One & Only Royal Mirage Residence and Spa. What better way to do that than in Olivia Von Halle’s Lila Bardot Silk Pyjamas. These specific pyjamas draw inspiration from 1920s decadence, and include pearl buttons. Von Halle’s nightwear has been featured in Vanity Fair and Vogue. With a comfortable fit, this is the perfect excuse to bring loungewear into the foreground!

7. The Rocks Push Balmoral Shark Fin Trunks £77
These shorts are a response to a stylish man growing out of board shorts. An Australian born brand with a variety of fun prints, think Vilebrequin but much more affordable. These would be perfect for a trip to the British Virgin Island, a fun Caribbean island in which to showcase these jovial and colourful shorts, we particularly like the Balmoral Shark Fin Shorts.
