Take in Cambodia’s crowning glory, Angkor Wat, Vietnam’s contrasting cities of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi and the enchanting temples of Luang Prabang, Laos. Day 1 Arrive in Siem Reap for a 2 night stay and head straight to Angkor Wat for your first glimpse of this world-renowned temple complex. Overnight at Raffles Grand Hotel D’Angkor

Day 2 This morning visit the fortified city of Angkor Thom and explore Bayon Temple with its giant
stone faces. In the afternoon visit the often photographed Ta Prohm, overgrown with fig trees, and end the day at Artisans d’Angkor, where traditional handicrafts are produced.

Day 3 Visit Banteay Srei, a beautiful 10th Century Hindu temple, before flying to Phnom Penh for a
2 night stay. Overnight at Raffles Hotel Le Royal

Day 4 Take a city tour with visits to the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda. In the afternoon, opt to visit Tuol Sleng Museum of Genocide for a moving insight into Cambodia’s troubled past.

Day 5 Today head to Pol Pot’s Killing Fields of Choeung Ek and then fly from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi
Minh City for a 3 night stay; the rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Park Hyatt Saigon Hotel

Day 6 Tour the Opera House, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office, before taking in
Reunification Palace, Thien Hau temple and Chinatown.

Day 7 Drive into the countryside to visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels and view this incredible
underground network. On your return to Ho Chi Minh City, visit the War Remnants Museum.

Day 8 Take a morning flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Hué, then visit the impressive Old Imperial City,
now a World Heritage Site. Overnight at La Résidence Hotel & Spa

Day 9 Enjoy a dragon boat cruise along the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda, then drive to the
impressive Khai Dinh Royal Tomb. Afterwards take the scenic drive, via the Hai Van Pass, to Hoi An for a 2 night stay. Overnight at Life Heritage Resort Hoi An

Day 10 Take a guided walking tour of picturesque Hoi An, including the Japanese Covered Bridge and old merchants’ houses. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Day 11 Transfer from Hoi An to Da Nang and fly to Hanoi for a 2 night stay. Overnight at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi

Day 12 Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the One Pillar Pagoda and the fascinating Temple of
Literature. Take a cyclo tour of the old quarter and in the evening watch a traditional water puppet show.

Day 13 Drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay and board a traditional junk for a cruise through this magical landscape. Overnight on board the Halong Violet

Day 14 This morning visit Titov Island before disembarking. Drive to Hanoi for an onward flight to
Luang Prabang and a 3 night stay. Overnight at La Résidence Phou Vao by Orient-Express

Day 15 Tour the World Heritage Site of Luang Prabang, taking in the main Buddhist temples and the
Royal Palace which is now a national museum. End the day with a climb to the top of Phousi Hill for a spectacular sunset over Luang Prabang town.

Day 16 Drive to Kuang Si Waterfall, enjoy a swim in its turquoise pools and have a picnic lunch, before heading back to Luang Prabang.

Day 17 Today is at leisure, with a transfer to the airport for your onward or return flight.

Includes breakfast, 2 lunches and 1 dinner, return scheduled flights, domestic flights, private air-conditioned transportation, an English speaking guide, entrance fees to all attractions visited and use of a private lounge at Heathrow.
