Each of the 102 air-conditioned thatched water and beach villas offers beautiful teak furnishings, an impressive outdoor living space and luxurious amenities including satellite TV, DVD/CD player, WiFi, refrigerated private bar and tea/coffee maker. All have their own private plunge pool, with the exception of Sunrise and Sunset Water Villas, which instead feature a rooftop sundeck and glass fronted living and bedroom areas for spectacular views. We particularly like the Two Bedroom Land and Ocean Suite with its magnificent central pool, two separate over-water bedroom pavilions and sublime panoramic ocean views.

There are 4 restaurants offering every cuisine imaginable. Sample wonderful Lebanese and Moroccan dishes at Al Barakat, enjoy the impressive teppanyaki counter at Café Landaa, and don’t miss the contemporary Italian specialities at Blu. There are also 5 bars, including the new Seabar, where you can laze on comfortable cushions perched above the lagoon and watch baby lemon sharks swim by. Whether you’re a couple or a family you’ll find a plethora of facilities and activities including 3 swimming pools, one with a swim-up bar, a children’s pool, health club, tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball, diving, dolphin and sunset cruises and complimentary non-motorised watersports. There is also the fabulous Kids for All Seasons for ages 4-12 yrs and a young adults’ centre for teenage guests. We love the way Four Seasons includes lots of little extras; why not try some complimentary yoga at The Spa and Ayurvedic Retreat, for a great way to ease yourself into the day.
