The modern yet colonial plantation style and beautifully landscaped gardens, including many rare and exotic flowers and plants, make this a very special resort. And with impeccable butler service, all you have to do is relax and enjoy every minute.

1 hour from the airport on the east coast of the island.


Accommodation
There are 135 large guestrooms and 28 suites to choose from, each decorated and furnished in the rich creams and dark woods so redolent of colonial style. Each room has a private balcony or terrace, air-conditioning, satellite LCD TV with CD/DVD player, luxury marble bathroom and complimentary private butler service. Colonial rooms and suites have either a garden, partial ocean or full ocean view. Suites are also divided into Junior, Senior and Ocean Suites, with Junior Suites additionally enjoying an adjoining lounge area and Senior Suites including a separate living and dining area. Both are perfect for families and interconnecting options are also available.

Facilities
Each of the 3 restaurants, all located next to the split-level pool, enjoy a reputation for superb cuisine. We know you’ll love the Creole specialities of The Plantation, The Dining Room serves breakfast and à la carte dinner and The Verandah is a laid-back lunch venue. There’s a good choice of complimentary watersports including waterskiing, windsurfing, kayaking and Hobie cats, as well as 3 floodlit tennis courts, a fitness centre, aerobics, sauna and steam room. The Residence is great for families and The Planters Kids’ Club is complimentary, with extensive activities and facilities run by fully qualified staff. The Sanctuary Spa is the serene centrepiece of the resort and offers a wide range of beauty treatments and healing massages using Carita products.
