Constance Lémuria Resort has made a name for itself as a genuinely ‘eco-sensitive’ resort. Enjoying an idyllic location on a verdant hillside above a tropical lagoon, this is a place where turtles come to lay their eggs and nature rules.

Location
Praslin Island is a 15 minute flight from Mahé and the resort is just 5 minutes further by car.


Accommodation
105 thatched suites and villas blend perfectly with the surroundings and are furnished in rich natural woods, all with a terrace or balcony. They also feature all modern amenities including Mac mini entertainment systems. Junior Suites have a minimalist yet luxurious style and are just 15 metres from the shore. Senior Suites additionally offer a private dining area and lounge, whirlpool bath and double balcony or terrace. 8 one and two bedroom villas have a kitchenette, separate living and dining areas and their own villa staff; outside the villa is your own private pool,
large terrace and personal relaxation massage pavilion.

Facilities
3 restaurants offer a wide selection of international and French cuisine, blending Seychellois flavours and traditional recipes. À la carte menus, special themed evenings and five star buffets are all offered and you’ll find the views from each restaurant nothing short of spectacular. There are 4 bars, a large pool cascading over three levels, a fitness centre, tennis and the only 18-hole championship golf course in the Seychelles, with magnificent coastal views. There is also the Turtle Club for children and boating trips to nearby islands can be arranged. Spa de Constance employs Shiseido’s Qi methods to create unique massage treatments and features open-air hot tubs and a Jacuzzi.

• If the mountain bikes, snorkelling trips, tennis courts and bodyboards aren’t enough, The Turtle Club is fantastic for keeping your little ones entertained

• We particularly recommend the villas with their extra space, seclusion and private pools, making them luxurious retreats as well as being great for families

• A picnic on Anse Georgette beach is a must; picture-perfect, this hidden gem is our favourite beach on Praslin and we’re sure it will be yours too

• The superb 18-hole championship golf course is great no matter what your handicap, and with spectacular views you’ll be forgiven for taking your eye off the ball
