Wherever you want to go on your next luxury escape, just pick up the phone and speak to one of our travel experts here at The Private Travel Company, who have travelled throughout Asia, Africa, Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico, the USA, Arabia and the Indian Ocean. They’ll discuss your plans with you in detail and start working on a bespoke travel proposal. They’ll then send you a quotation within an agreed time frame.
Once you have received your quotation your travel expert will give you a call to check whether you need further information or some changes to your bespoke travel itinerary. Alternatively, we may have hit the nail on the head first time around and you’ll be ready to book your holiday.
We are always on hand to answer your queries and make any additional holiday arrangements (restaurant bookings / guided sightseeing / activities) for you. Do call us any time prior to travel as nothing is too much trouble for us to arrange.
When you are ready to book your holiday we ask for a non-refundable deposit (which may vary according to date of travel and local booking conditions) in order to secure your flights and accommodation. We will then confirm all of your arrangements and send you a hard copy of your luxury travel itinerary and invoice.
Two to three weeks prior to travel we will send you your travel documentation in the post. Then all you have to do is pack, fly and enjoy your holiday, knowing you are in safe hands. We will be on hand 24hrs a day during your holiday in case of any emergencies. On your return we will give you a call to see how things went.
