Africa has so much to offer when it comes to your luxury safari holiday and we know where to find what you’re looking for.
There is now a great choice of ways to stay in the bush. From luxury lodges with spas to mobile fly-camps, it’s up to you how you’d like to be looked after during your safari adventure and we’ll spend time discussing your preferences with you before you make your choice. Whether you prefer to be under canvas or firmly between four rock walls, perched on a cliff overlooking the plains or in-amongst-it down by the riverbank, there is somewhere that is just right for you.
Equally, there is a variety of modes of safari transport to choose from. Most lodges offer game drives in open vehicles but some can also take you out walking, on horseback or by boat. What can be offered will depend on the time of year and local geography but our safari experts are here to help you navigate the options.
A safari also makes for a fantastic family holiday as your children get older. While younger children can be catered for, we recommend five or six years old and upwards as a good age to start appreciating the wild wonders of Africa. In South Africa there is a great selection of family-friendly lodges in non-malarial areas to make your luxury safari stay fun and enjoyable.
