Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa

The motto here seems to be why choose between activity and indulgence when you can have both.

When a hotel calls itself a Beach Resort & Spa you know to expect great recreational facilities. What it doesn’t tell you is that Le Royal Méridien is also an absolute haven for foodies, with no less than fourteen restaurants and bars to choose from.

Location Created as a self-contained beachfront resort just 30-40 minutes from the airport.

Facilities Dining is truly excellent and ranges from traditional Lebanese specialities to succulent seafood, or delicious Thai delicacies to spicy Malaysian and Indonesian cuisine, with all types of traditional international fayre in between.

There is a wide range of watersports, a superb gym, tennis, squash or golf on the nearby championship course at Emirates Golf Club. Youngsters are kept busy in the Penguin Club (4 - 12 yrs).

There are also 3 pools including a lovely infinity pool and a shaded kids’ pool. The Caracalla Spa & Health Club features a fitness centre, a full range of beauty and massage treatments and a Roman-style Hammam pool.

Accommodation The 500 rooms and suites have private balconies, flat screen TV, DVD/CD player and full butler service. Choose from a Deluxe Sea View Room or Suite in the main building or Club Sea View Room in the Club building. Or if you prefer classical styling we would recommend The Tower, which offers the most lavish suites. Little wonder that the resort’s slogan is ‘The Royal Treatment. You’ll love it’.
