Amanusa, Bali

Location On the south coast peninsular, just a 15 minute drive from the airport.

Facilities There are 2 restaurants, the Italian Restaurant with the option of dining in the elegant main restaurant or in the romantic courtyard overlooking the pool, and The Terrace for sumptuous Thai and Indonesian recipes with beautiful Indian Ocean views. The Terrace also offers snacks and Continental dishes during the day. Or for a more intimate experience, try a sunrise breakfast on one of the beach bales or a private beach barbeque.

The 18-hole championship course at the Bali Golf & Country Club is adjacent to the resort with complimentary use of golf clubs and a priority reservation system. Amanusa’s Beach Club is set on the white sand of one of Bali’s best beaches and offers a choice of watersports including kayaking, cruising, sailing or snorkeling. The resort also offers two floodlit tennis courts, a 30 meter pool, library, boutique and bar and excursions to nearby temples and markets. A range of massage & beauty treatments can be taken in the privacy of your suite, on the beach bales or in the massage suite, with resident masseuses combining traditional Balinese & Swedish massage and acupressure. There is also a resident Reiki master and a reflexologist is available once a week.

35 thatched-roof suites make up the resort, each with a queen size four-poster bed, indoor sunken bath & shower, outdoor terrace with daybed and canopy, outdoor shower and private walled garden courtyard, perfect for private dining. 8 suites also have a private swimming pool. The Deluxe Suites have spectacular views of the ocean or the golf course and the Amanusa Suite boasts both a private swimming pool and the best ocean views. Suites are linked to resort facilities by walkways, with easy links to the golf course and Beach Club.
