One of things I enjoyed most during my stay here was to relax around one of the beautiful chilled pools. They chill them because the temperature is so hot during the summer months! Sip a cool cocktail and dine in ‘The Restaurant’, the food is amazing. This unique hotel offers you a tranquil and relaxed setting in which to unwind. Soft hedges and fountains, simple minimal architecture and superb service all combine to relax body and soul. We suggest you stay in the Chedi Club suites situated in the gardens with private outdoor living space and oversized rooms.

Location Right on the beautiful Boushar beachfront, the hotel is a 10 minute drive from Muscat airport and a few more minutes from the city centre itself.
Facilities Dining is first class with 3 restaurants and 2 poolside cabanas. The Restaurant serves a mix of Arabic, Asian, Indian and Mediterranean cuisines. The Beach Restaurant serves seafood and The Arabian Courtyard serves Arabian cuisine for dinner (during the winter months only). Of the 2 large pools, one is for adults only and both are temperature controlled for your comfort. There’s also a gym and floodlit tennis courts, with watersports and golf available nearby. If you want a real treat, visit the spa and sample its Balinese therapies and soothing treatments.
Special Information Occasionally noise from aircraft using the nearby airport can be heard. Compulsory Christmas Eve and New Year ’s Eve gala dinner supplement applicable.
Accommodation
We can’t praise the standard of accommodation highly enough. Warm, dark woods and stylish fabrics have been combined with amenities that epitomise modern luxury and will additionally soon include BOSE sound systems and tea/coffee making facilities. The Serai Rooms are located in the three storey Serai Wing and feature queen size beds and a built in divan. The Chedi Deluxe Rooms are slightly larger and offer king size beds and a comfortable seating area. All of the 151 rooms overlook the beautiful gardens and ponds and it’s well worth considering a Chedi Club Room or Chedi Club Suite, as you will enjoy additional privileges such as complimentary airport transfers, continental breakfast, laundry service and canapés and drinks every evening in The Library. Flat screen TVs will also feature in the Deluxe Rooms and Chedi Club Suite bedrooms from October 2009.Prices
7 nights from £1,193 per person in low season and £1,674 in high season, based on 2 adults sharing a Serai Superior Room, including breakfast, return scheduled flights and private transfers.Offers
