This beautiful hotel has undergone a multi-million dollar refurbishment and re opened in November 2008. Palatial is the key word to describe the experience of staying here; a stunning location, elegant and beautiful surroundings, the largest beach in Oman and a choice of luxurious rooms and suites. I particularly recommend the lagoon rooms, where you have direct access from your own private patio to the lagoons!

Location Just 8 kilometres from Muscat, the hotel is 35 minutes from the airport.
Facilities There are 4 restaurants and 2 main bars. The theme nights in Al Khiran are great fun and we particularly like Vue, with its sweeping views and superb French cuisine. As you might expect, facilities at Al Bustan are second to none, with possibly the widest range of sporting and leisure facilities in the Gulf region. The Health & Fitness Centre with sauna, steam room and relaxation rooms, main pool and children’s playground are all impressive, or why not try one of many other activities available such as dolphin watching.
Special Information Children under 12 yrs are not permitted in Bustan Lagoon rooms. Minimum stay of 5 nights between 24 December - 4 January and 30 March - 9 April.
Accommodation
All of the 250 rooms and suites are fitted with the latest in-room facilities including high speed internet access, satellite radio and TV and DVD players. All rooms are a similar size, but for a touch of glamour try the Lagoon Rooms with direct access to the lagoon. The suites take some beating with separate lounge and dining area and separate dressing room. With so many options its best to ask us which room would suit your individual needs.
