Sand Bar, Eden Rock St Barths
- The Sand Bar at Eden Rock is our favourite place on the whole island to indulge in a fabulous lunch – set on the powder white sands at the base of Eden Rock it offers beautiful views out to The Caribbean Ocean. Serving delicious cuisine with cosmopolitan flavours, the dazzling menu will spoil you for choice, from local fish tartar to truffle pizzas and lobster paninis you can really indulge in a unique barefoot luxury dining experience that you won’t forget.
‘Cook Your Catch Program’ at Le Guanahani
- Le Guanahani is the only hotel on the island offering a deep-sea Atlantic fishing excursion in combination with a chef-prepared dinner. Guests head out on a morning fishing trip with an experienced, seventh-generation local fisherman and, when they return to the hotel, the day’s catch is prepared according to their preference—as ceviche, sashimi, tartare, tataki or simply grilled—as part of a three-course tasting menu lunch or a five-course tasting menu dinner.
La Plage Resturant, Tom Beach Hotel
- Located just down the beach, a stone’s throw away from Eden Rock, La Plage Restaurant is vibrant, fun and full of life – with fashion shows, live bands, DJ’s, fire shows, weekly wine tasting and the famous Sunday night Lolo De Luxe BBQ. With your toes in the sand and a drink in hand, guests revel in the energy and culture of La Plage. The cuisine is a blend of French culinary art and Latin seasoning, thanks to Chef David Sendron, who creates a powerful medley of style. Our favorite dish is the Yellowfin Tuna Tataki with Thai Sauce – it is truly delicious!
